How and Why I shone at Kapo Kapo
I shone at Corinna school’s Kapo Kapo 2015 at The Arena. Heaps of school’s from Porirua came down to perform their amazing dance and there amazing songs. When I walked up on that stage my heart started pounding and my knees started sharking.
I shone when I self-managed really well on stage because I put a lot of effort into my performance. I am proud of myself because when I get nervous I decide to step out my comfort zone and to take a risk by facing my fear on the stage in front of people.
I shone by smiling and doing the pukana all the time. The important thing to remember is the actions and the words. When we do the wrong actions we will let Corinna school down and it will be embarrassing for us.
Another time that I shone at Kapo Kapo was when I was representing Corinna school by participating and contributing in Corinna school’s Kapo Kapo and always trying my best and never giving up.
I felt very proud of myself when I shone at Kapo Kapo because in my opinion I think I want to do Kapo Kapo all the time.
